My Story
O
Originally from Liverpool, you will now find me on a lovely little duck farm, in a village in West Oxfordshire, right on the edge of the gorgeous Cotswolds. Although my roots will always remain strong, I’m so overwhelmed by the beautiful countryside that surrounds me here and I feel very lucky to have set up a home here as a proud wife and mummy.
My love and interest for weddings will never fade and the feeling of being a huge part of someone’s most important day is so very special and I am honoured to be able to share that experience with couples. With a background in Fine Art , Textiles and entering every Art competition I could as a child (and winning most!) – It is within my system to be creative and to want to make things beautiful. After spending years working in office roles, I combined my experiences together with flying and VIP corporate Silver Service training. This, teamed with my artistic flair and exceptional eye for detail has guided me well into the role of a Wedding Planner and Stylist.
Having undertaken bridal floral couture training at the UK School of Floristry in Liverpool, in addition to Contemporary Floral Design in Oxfordshire, my passion for flowers grew and is now an important part of designing my weddings. I offer couples beautiful, modern wedding floral design, using British flowers wherever possible. My creative work and wedding flowers takes place inside my converted shed in our garden, now known as the ‘She-Shed’.
